Returns
If you decide a product is no longer required, we are happy to assist with returns, subject to the
following conditions:
● 7 Day Return Window: Customers from the European Union have up to 7 days from
the date of receiving their order to request a return for unused, undamaged items.
● Original Packaging: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition,
complete with packaging and accessories.
● Handling Fee outside 7 Day Return Window: A 20% restocking fee will apply for all
change of mind returns outside the 7 days to cover internal processing costs.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
At H. Drive Motorsport UK, we are committed to ensuring that you receive your products in
perfect condition. However, in the event that you receive goods that are damaged, defective, or
incorrect, we kindly ask that you notify us within 30 days of receipt. Please include your order
details and, if possible, clear photos to help us resolve the issue promptly.
For returns, ensure items are securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit and a
copy of our return form provided. Include your order number. Items should be sent to the
return address provided by our team using a tracked delivery service. Retain proof of postage
for reimbursement purposes. For verified issues, replacements will be shipped at no additional
charge once the original items are received and inspected. Non faulty returns may incur
shipping costs and a handling fee.
